Terms of Use

The agreement behind Countrydays.

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Trizard Tech for using the Countrydays app. They're written to be read, not decoded — please go through them before you use the app or buy Countrydays Plus.

App  Countrydays Provider  Trizard Tech Effective  September 10, 2026 Version  1.0

The short version

Countrydays gives you a personal licence to use the app for your own record‑keeping. If you upgrade to Plus, Apple handles all billing — we never see your card. And because visa, tax, and residency rules are genuinely complex and vary by person, the app is a tool for your own information, not a substitute for professional advice.

✓  Personal, non‑commercial use ✓  Apple handles all billing ✓  Cancel anytime in Settings ✓  Not legal, tax, or immigration advice

01 Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Countrydays (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), a binding agreement between you and Trizard Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you're accepting on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're authorised to bind them to these Terms.

02 Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non‑commercial record‑keeping, in line with these Terms and the App Store's Usage Rules.

03 Countrydays Plus, subscriptions & billing

The app is free to use, with an optional upgrade — Countrydays Plus — that unlocks unlimited counters and full export. Plus is offered as an auto‑renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one‑time lifetime purchase.

04 Not legal, immigration, or tax advice

Important. Countrydays is a personal record‑keeping and planning tool. Its counts, estimates, warnings, and projections are for your general information only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, immigration, residency, or tax advice, and shouldn't be relied on as such.

Rules like the Schengen 90/180 limit, the 183‑day tax‑residency line, and individual visa conditions vary by country and by personal circumstance, change over time, and can count days differently. You're solely responsible for your own travel, visa, residency, and tax decisions. Always confirm anything important with the relevant government authority or a qualified professional before you act on it.

05 Your data and content

The trips, dates, counters, notes, and photos you add are yours. The app stores them on your device, so keeping accurate records — and your own backups — is your responsibility. You're responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to use it.

06 Intellectual property

The app, its design, name, logo, and all related software and content (other than your own data) belong to Trizard Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property law. These Terms give you a licence to use the app — they don't transfer any ownership to you.

07 Third‑party services

The app relies on a small number of third‑party services to work: Apple (the App Store and in‑app purchases) and RevenueCat (which manages purchase entitlements). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. How data is handled across the app and these services is described in our Privacy Policy.

08 App Store terms (Apple)

Because you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, the following apply:

09 Disclaimer — “as is”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non‑infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that its counts and estimates are complete or accurate.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trizard Tech won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app — including any visa, immigration, residency, tax, financial, or travel consequence. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum permitted amount if a greater figure is required by law. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

11 Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above will change, and material updates will appear here before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms; you can stop using the app anytime by deleting it.

12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trizard Tech's place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer‑protection rights you have where you live.
